Retirement Debts was formed in 2005 to help individuals in and approaching retirement typically age 55 and upwards across the UK deal with their debt and other financial worries that retirement brings, recognising that there was a need for an organisation with high ethical standards that can be trusted to provide impartial advice and high quality service throughout the life of the proposed debt solution whether that be re-finance, equity release or a debt management solution.
The current directors have combined experience of finance and management of debt within the banking industry of some 50 years, whilst our staff brings with them experiences in Citizens Advice Bureaux, social housing provision, teaching and the creditor industry.
Our Core Values
- We believe that no financial solution will be effective unless both the debtor and the creditors feel this is beneficial to each of them.
- Our clients are at the centre of everything we do.
- Our clients are people, not numbers, and they are treated with the respect they deserve.
At Retirement Debts, every client has their own dedicated member of staff to help them deal with all their needs throughout the life of the solution; all of our staff have been trained in every area of expertise necessary to achieve a solution that is right for both client and creditor.
Thanks to the experience and expertise of our team, Retirement Debts has strong relationships with lenders and creditors which help us negotiate the right results for our clients.
Retirement Debts is committed to a process of continuous service improvement for the benefit of our clients, and we welcome any suggestions which will help us with this programme of improvement.
